At Onventure Concierge Experiences, we strive to provide seamless booking services for your travel, event, and excursion needs. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Third-Party Provider Policies
Many of the services we book (e.g., excursions, event tickets, dinner reservations) are fulfilled by third-party providers. Refund eligibility, timing, and processing are subject to the individual policies of these providers. We recommend reviewing the refund and cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The third-party provider cancels the event or excursion.

You cancel within the allowable time frame specified in the booking confirmation or provider’s policy.

There is a significant change to the itinerary or offering by the provider (e.g., event relocation, major time change).
Refunds are generally not available for:

No-shows or late arrivals.

Weather-related cancellations unless the provider offers a refund.

Partially used bookings or services.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

We will liaise with the third-party provider to process your request according to their policy.

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
Please allow 14 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your payment provider.

Please note that certain service or processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
