We provide travel booking services for events, excursions, and activities (“Services”) in Southern Ontario. Our role is to facilitate reservations with third-party providers and event organizers. We are not the operator of these activities unless expressly stated.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by activity and provider. Please review the specific terms provided at the time of booking. We are not responsible for refunds or cancellations unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onventure Concierge Experiences disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our Site or participation in any event or activity booked through us.

We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onventure Concierge Experiences or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
